Bob Marley’s Daughter, Makeda Jahnesta, Guilty of Drug Charges
The Daily Local News of West Chester, Pennsylvania, was first to
report Bob Marley’s daughter, Makeda Jahnesta has pleaded guilty to drug
charges stemming from growing marijuana at her Philadelphia, Pa. home.
Jahnesta was in a Philly area court on Tuesday following a February
arrest.
Jahnesta, age 29, was nabbed by authorities earlier this year for
growing nearly one dozen large marijuana plants within the basement of
her home. Officers were at the residence in response to a domestic
dispute call and discovered the plant.
Jahnesta is expected to return to court in October for sentencing, as
her attorney, Thomas Schindler reported to the Associated Press.
