Breaking News: Could the Eagles Trade Kevin Kolb to Cleveland?
Kevin Kolb: Could the Eagles trade him to Cleveland? It
seems highly unlikely, especially since Vick is a mobile (and at times,
fragile) QB and a rookie (Kafka!) is the third stringer. Plus,
Philly tabbed Kolb their QB of the future earlier this year. But … as ESPN’s Sal Pal has been pointing out, the
guy who drafted Kolb, Tom Heckert, is now the GM in Cleveland. The
Browns, with Jake Delhomme hurt and Seneca Wallace not the
future of the franchise, are in the market for a QB (sorry, Colt McCoy).
Other landing spots for Kolb include Seattle and Minnesota, with the
Vikings more likely because they don’t have a long-term solution either.

Kolb struggled early in the season, but has bounced back with two very solid performances and has earned back his starting job. When Vick is healthy it will be interesting to see what Reid does.
