'Moment Of Great Opportunity' As Middle East Peace Talks Resume -- The

U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has travelled to Egypt today for the latest round of Middle East peace talks, hailing the negotiations as a 'moment of great opportunity'.
On her way to the talks Mrs Clinton said she believes the 'time is ripe' for an agreement between the Israelis and Palestinians.
