During a press conference to announce his five-year, $43.5 million contract extension with the NFL’s Houston Texans, running back Arian Foster got emotional as a told a story about his past financial hardships during childhood.

Foster broke down in tears while revealing a story of when his mother had to pawn her wedding ring in order to have enough money to buy food for his family one night.
