Apolo Anton Ohno won silver in the 1,500 meter short track behind South Korea's Lee Jung-Su to tie Bonnie Blair for the most Winter Olympic medals won by an American with six.
Lee clocked 2:17.611sec, Ohno clocked 2:976 sec, and another American, J.R. Celski, finished third at 2:18.053.
The South Koreans may have swept the podium if not for a late crash between Sung Si-Bak and Lee Ho-Suk at the final turn.
The medal gave Ohno two of each color and was his first Olympic medal since he took home a gold and two bronze medals in 2006 in Turin.
The 19-year-old Celski won the bronze in his first major event since a ghastly crash at the U.S. trials.
