As previously reported, the Ruff Ryder was arrested November 19 for probation violation after officers reported that he failed to submit to drug testing and was later found positive for cocaine and Oxycontin.

Transcript & Audio: Cook vs. Cook Divorce Hearing "Fantasia Barrino Testimony"
RadarOnline.com has published the audio and transcript of Fantasia Barrino's testimony in the Cook vs. Cook Divorce Hearing where she admitted to being pregnant and subsequently aborting Antwuan Cook's baby. During the questioning, Ms. Barrino is obviously being ambiguous as to the date of her abortion, presumably to avoid perjuring herself and giving admissible evidence that would prove that she was fully aware that Mr. Cook was indeed married to Mrs. Cook. This is just a mess. Check out a portion of the transcript and you can hear the audio below:

Lawyer: "See if you recognize this as being a letter you wrote to Mr. Cook on May 10th 2010" (inaudible)
(inaudible) Fantasia reads the letter to the court. "I want you. I pray every night that I can be in your life forever, be your friend, lover, prayer partner, wife and MOTHER OF YOUR CHILDREN. As long as I can have you I will be the happiest girl in the world." (inaudible)
Lawyer: "Ms Barrino, when you wrote this letter, you said you wanted to be the mother of his children, is this right?"
Fantasia: "Uh huh."
Lawyer: "Were you pregnant with his child when you wrote this letter?"
Fantasia: "No, no."
Lawyer: "Is it true at one point you told him you had an abortion?"
Fantasia's Lawyer: Objection!
(ARGUMENTS BETWEEN LAWYERS)
Lawyer: "Ms Barrino, isn't it true that you told Mr. Cook that you had aborted his child?"
Fantasia: "When I wrote this letter I was speaking in future references. Like, one day, I would love to be all of these things that I wrote. I was not pregnant with his child."
Lawyer: "But did you tell Mr. Cook you aborted his child?"
Fantasia: "I did, yeah."
Lawyer: "When did you tell Mr. Cook you had aborted his child?
Fantasia: "I'm not sure."
Lawyer: "When did you abort his child?"
Fantasia: "It hasn't been too long ago."
Lawyer: "What's not too long ago?
Fantasia: "I'm not sure."
Lawyer: "I'm sorry?"
Fantasia: "I'm not sure. Probably when all this other stuff was happening."
Lawyer: "Is it your testimony that this summer?"
Fantasia: "I'm not really sure."
Lawyer: "How close in proximity was it to Mr. Cook leaving? In June 2010."
Fantasia: "It was right after he left his home."
Lawyer: "Mrs. Cook contends that she separated from Mr. Cook in June 16th 2010. How close in proximity to her date of separation did youcontend that you aborted his child?"
Fantasia: "I'm not sure. Probably August when the other stuff happened

Rocking Obama's world

Crises are exploding throughout the world. And the leader of the free world is making things worse.
On the Korean peninsula, North Korea just upended eight years of State Department obfuscation by showing a team of US nuclear scientists its collection of thousands of state of the art centrifuges installed in their Yongbyon nuclear reactor.
And just to top off the show, as Stephen Bosworth, US President Barack Obama's point man on North Korea was busily arguing that this revelation is not a crisis, the North fired an unprovoked artillery barrage at South Korea, demonstrating that actually, it is a crisis. But the Obama administration remains unmoved. On Tuesday Defense Secretary Robert Gates thanked his South Korean counterpart Kim Tae-young for showing "restraint." Thursday, Kim resigned in disgrace for that restraint.
The US has spoken strongly of not allowing North Korea's aggression to go unanswered. But in practice, its only answer is to try to tempt North Korea back to feckless multilateral disarmament talks that will go nowhere because China supports North Korean armament. Contrary to what Obama and his advisors claim, China does not share the US's interest in denuclearizing North Korea.
Consequently, Beijing will not lift a finger to achieve that goal.

Spitting on Libertarians, Hitting the Kochs Instead
Posted by Lew Rockwell on November 26, 2010 02:11 PM
Writes Justin Raimondo:
The Nation recently ran a piece by Mark “I spit on libertarians” Ames and Yasha Levine, which determined that the anti-TSA movement — that seems to have sprung up like a last gasp of life from the old America — is really a front for the Koch brothers, two formerly libertarian billionaires who have become the deus ex machina of clueless “progressive” commentators who cannot otherwise explain the explosion of anti-government anti-authoritarian populism currently upending politics…
[But] the very idea of Charles and David Koch leading a national resistance movement involving civil disobedience on a massive scale is laughable: to anyone who knows them, or knows of them in more than a glancing way, this can only provoke gales of unrestrained laughter. It is sheer laziness to believe this. Indeed, if only the Brothers Koch, and the plethora of organizations their money has funded, were that radical! Unfortunately, they are not: a stodgy, boring conservatism marks both their methods and their politics, and always has…Read the whole article.
It was the anti-Koch wing of the libertarian movement, centered around LewRockwell.com, that first gave John Tyner’s act of defiance the publicity and velocity that made it go viral….

Really Derek Jeter? Really?
Doesn't this make you fall over in laughter?
Per Bill Madden of New York Daily News: "But sources close to the Jeter/Close camp have said their starting point was six years, $150 million and that they aren't budging on $25 million per year." 150 million? Listen, the Yankees can throw money around and Jeter is a living New York Legend but that much money?
Last season Jeter hit .270, had 10 home runs and 67 RBIs. His defensive skills are fading and at 36, he would be 42 at the end of his contract.
I understand that in the grand scheme of baseball, staying with one team and having one of your best players in history stay with the team even though they're not quite up to snuff anymore is a big deal. But couldn't Jeter give his team a little bit of a discount? Wouldn't he rather have that money go to other players that could help the Yanks (As much as that would suck)? Doesn't this seem a little selfish? I mean it's not like the Yankees haven't handsomely rewarded him before, the dude makes $21 million a year!
Meanwhile, you'll have to excuse me, the grocery store is having a special on $1 coffee...

North Korea fires artillery shots near island
In an act of defiance, North Korea fired artillery shots Friday within sight of Yeonpyeong island, which it had attacked earlier this week.
The apparent military drill Friday came as the top U.S. commander in South Korea, Gen. Walter Sharp, toured the island to survey the wreckage from artillery fire three days earlier and as a U.S. nuclear-powered aircraft carrier headed toward the Yellow Sea for exercises next week with South Korea.
The North sees the U.S.-South Korean drills as a major military provocation. Pyongyang unleashed its anger over the planned exercises in a dispatch earlier Friday. “The situation on the Korean peninsula is inching closer to the brink of war,” the report in the North’s official Korean Central News Agency said.
South Korea’s government, meanwhile, struggled to recoup from the surprise attacks that killed four people, including two civilians, and forced Defense Minister Kim Tae-young to resign Thursday. President Lee Myung-bak on Friday named former Joint Chiefs of Staff chairman Kim Kwan-jin to the post.
Washington and Seoul have pressed China to use its influence on Pyongyang to ease tensions amid worries of all-out war. A dispatch Friday from Chinese state media saying Beijing’s foreign minister had met the North Korean ambassador appeared to be an effort to trumpet China’s role as a responsible actor and placate the United States and the South.
About 200 South Koreans held a rally Friday in Seoul to denounce the government’s response to the Yeonpyeong island attack as too weak. Similar recriminations have come from opposition lawmakers and even members of Lee’s own party.
South Korea assured a meeting of the European Olympic Committees on Friday that it would be able to ensure security at the 2018 Winter Games if it’s picked. The Pyeongchang 2018 bid committee presented its case Friday in Belgrade.
The Associated Press contributed to this report.
