William McDougall
An 81-year-old Mission Viejo man,
William Leo McDougall, was arrested for allegedly using a closet rod to
murder his 94-year-old roommate late Friday night.
The Sheriff reported Manh Ban Nguyen
died after repeated strikes to his head. The reason for the alleged
attack is being investigated.
The two men were nursing patients of the Palm Terrace Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Laguna Hills.
